Your manager career is a parallel progression system that runs alongside your club. Career points are earned from almost every action in the game, building, training, matches, transfers, and more. Higher career levels unlock new buildings, features, and substantial cash/STARS bonuses.
Career level is a hard gate on many buildings and features:
Level 25: Youth System unlocks (build the first Youth building).
Level 20: International Masters eligibility (must reach before the 11th league match).
Various levels: specific stadium buildings, decoration slots, and club features unlock progressively.
Level 10: Season Pass becomes accessible.
Beyond unlocks, career levels up to 50 deliver direct financial rewards:
Level | Cash Bonus | STARS | Other |
1 | €5,000,000 | 500 | — |
5 | — | 200 | — |
10 | €5,000,000 | — | — |
15 | €5,000,000 | — | — |
20 | €5,000,000 | — | 1,000 Building Stars |
23–36 | €5,000,000 each | 200 each | Various cards |
39 | €10,000,000 | — | — |
42 | €10,000,000 | — | — |
45 | €10,000,000 | — | — |
48 | €10,000,000 | — | — |
50 | €15,000,000 | 500 | 1,000 Building Stars + Full Attack card |
The Season Pass is a quest-based reward system running in parallel with each in-game season. Access it via the Season Pass banner at the bottom of the screen (requires career level 10+).
Complete quests during the season to earn Quest Points.
Quest Points unlock Season Pass Rounds — each Round has a reward to claim.
The Free Pass gives you basic rewards; the Premium Pass (purchased with GU STARS) adds a second reward track.
You can activate the Premium Pass until day 40 of the season. After day 41, you need to have reached at least Round 5 first.
Near season end, GU STARS can be used to unlock Rounds you have not yet reached.
Quests cover virtually every game activity — match results, training, transfers, stadium upgrades, youth development, and more. Some quests are time-sensitive (e.g. 'Become Champion' becomes Missed if mathematically impossible). Check the Quests tab regularly rather than discovering missed opportunities at season end.
Achievements are permanent records of your club's milestones. Access them at Career → Achievements. They are organised into five categories:
Category | Contents |
General | Club-wide and manager milestones not covered elsewhere |
Club Achievements | Finances, sponsors, staff quality, stadium milestones |
Team Performance | Players, training, transfers, youth development |
Sports Success | Match results, league performance, cup runs, IM results |
Absolute Pro | Cross-category elite challenges — some take many seasons |
Most achievements give career points, which directly accelerate your level progression and therefore, your building unlocks and cash bonuses. But four achievement categories offer uniquely valuable rewards:
Trading cards: specific achievements award useful cards directly.
Manager nicknames: cosmetic but fun recognition of milestones.
Trophies: combo-category trophies and the Absolute Pro trophy for your showcase.
Extra squad slots: four achievements each award +1 permanent squad slot. Completing all four raises your maximum squad from 22 to 26 players. This is one of the most practically valuable things in the entire achievement system.
Many achievements trigger during the nightly game update rather than instantly. Match-related achievements (hattrick, runaway wins, league champion) typically need 24–48 hours to appear. The 'Investor' achievement always triggers on the following Monday. If an achievement has not appeared after 48 hours, it is worth checking the help center before contacting support.
Absolute Pro achievements are the hardest challenges in the game. They span multiple categories and many require multiple full seasons to complete; winning the IM Gold multiple times, reaching League 1, building a full squad of highly developed players, and so on. They are long-term aspirational goals rather than near-term targets.
