## **Possible causes and solutions**

-   If you forgot your password, use the Reset password function on the Login page (then check your Inbox/Spam for the reset password email).
    
-   If you are unable to log into your goalunited account, try the Basic Troubleshooting Steps first.
    
-   If it's been a long time since you logged in last time, your account may have been deleted due to inactivity. In this case, you will have to create a new account. Check the [Account and Club Deletion](https://support.goalunited.org/articles/129) article for more details.
