If you have already tried the troubleshooting steps in the relevant article above and the issue persists, then it's time to report it to us.

Please include as many details as possible, along with the steps to reproduce the issue. It is also a good idea to include a screenshot — see [How to Take a Screenshot](https://support.goalunited.org/articles/211).

> **Warning:** _Make sure you include the affected club when you report an issue, if you own more than one club! If it's a global issue, there is a high chance that we are already aware of it — please check the announcements at the top of the ticket form, and also at the login page in-game, on the right._
