If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you have the right to submit a formal appeal. This article explains how.
Can I Appeal?
Yes, any suspended or permanently banned account can submit one appeal. Appeals are reviewed by the support team independently of the original decision.
Submitting multiple appeal tickets for the same ban does not speed up the process; it can slow it down. Submit once and wait for a response.
How to Submit an Appeal
Contact the support team via the official contact form in the help centre. Include the following:
Your account email address
Your manager and club name
The date you received the suspension notification
A clear explanation of why you believe the suspension was applied incorrectly
Any relevant evidence; for example, if account sharing is alleged but you live with the other person, explain the situation
What Happens After You Submit?
The support team will review your appeal and respond to your registered email address. Review times vary depending on volume, but you can expect a response within a few business days.
The team's decision following an appeal is final. There is no further escalation tier beyond the support team for in-game rule violations.
What Makes a Good Appeal?
Appeals that are clear, factual, and polite are processed faster and more effectively. The following help:
Specific details rather than general denials
Context that might explain flagged behavior (e.g. a family member used the same device or network)
A calm, professional tone
The following do not help and may be counterproductive:
Threats or abusive language → these will result in the appeal being closed
Claiming long-time or paying player status as grounds for special treatment
Contacting staff on Discord or social media to pressure the decision
What If My Appeal Is Rejected?
If your appeal is rejected, the original decision stands. You will not be able to access the suspended account.
Creating a new account after a permanent ban is itself a violation of the rules and will result in that account being banned as well.
