If you believe another manager is breaking the game rules, you can report them to the support team. This article explains how to do that effectively.
What Can I Report?
You can report any behavior you believe violates the Game Rules, including:
Suspected multi-accounting (a manager operating more than one account)
Match fixing or deliberate tanking
Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory in-game messages
Inappropriate club names or logos
Suspected use of bots or automation scripts
Transfer manipulation (inflated player prices used to move funds between accounts)
How to Submit a Report
Use the support in the knowledge base. Include:
The manager name and club name of the player you are reporting
A clear description of what you observed and when
Screenshots, match links, or message excerpts as evidence where possible
Can I Report From Inside the Game?
You can report inappropriate in-game messages, inappropriate content, match fixing, multi-accounting, bot usage from the game interface using the report button (green triangle button).
What Happens After I Report?
The support team will review your report. All reports are investigated, but the team does not share the outcome with the reporting player (this includes whether any action was taken and what that action was)
This policy protects all players' privacy and ensures the process is not used to harass or pressure other managers.
What If the Behavior Continues?
If abusive messages continue after you have reported them, you can block the player using the buddy list, which prevents further in-game contact.
If the situation escalates or you feel threatened, contact support again and note that a previous report was already submitted.
False Reports
Submitting a report you know to be false, to harass another player or get them banned unfairly, is itself a rule violation and may result in your account being sanctioned.
