The goalunited support and moderation team is responsible for keeping the game fair for everyone. This article explains how the enforcement process works.
The goalunited support team handles all rule violations. They are the only point of contact for issues involving suspected cheating or unfair behavior, not community moderators, Discord staff, or other players.
Staff members will never ask for your password, payment details, or personal information via in-game messages.
The team uses a combination of automated detection and manual review:
Automated systems may flag unusual patterns such as suspicious match results, abnormal transfer activity, or login behavior consistent with scripting
Player reports submitted through the support form
Routine monitoring of flagged accounts
Not every flag results in action; all cases are reviewed before a penalty is applied.
Penalties are applied at the team's discretion based on the nature and severity of the violation:
Formal warning, recorded on the account; further violations escalate the response
Temporary suspension → account access is restricted for a defined period
Permanent ban → the account is permanently closed
Content removal → inappropriate club names, logos, or messages are removed without necessarily suspending the account
The team does not publicly disclose the specific measures taken in individual cases, including to the reporting player.
Yes. The goalunited team reserves the right to update the game rules at any time to protect fair play and the health of the game. Changes will be communicated through the usual channels (news, changelogs).
If you believe a penalty was applied incorrectly, you can submit an appeal through the support contact form. See the “How to appeal a ban” article for the full process.
Contacting staff members on Discord or other channels to dispute a decision is not part of the official process and will not affect the outcome.
