Finding your account suspended is stressful. This article walks you through what it means, what to do next, and what to avoid.
A suspension means your access to goalunited Legends account has been temporarily or permanently restricted because the support team identified a violation of the Game Rules or Terms and Conditions.
You should have received an email to the address registered to your account explaining the reason (check your spam folder if you did not see it), or you should see the reason directly on the login page once you try to log in.
Read the email or message on the login page carefully as it will state the reason and whether the suspension is temporary or permanent
If the suspension is temporary, wait it out. Your account will be automatically reinstated when the period ends
If you believe the suspension was applied in error, submit an appeal via the support contact form
If your account was suspended because of account sharing and someone else was responsible, contact support immediately with the details
Do not create a new account to continue playing while suspended. Multi-accounting is itself a violation and will be treated as a separate offence
Do not ask a friend to contact support on your behalf; only the registered account holder can submit an appeal
Do not threaten or abuse support staff. This will end your appeal immediately
Do not post publicly about your case while it is under review; it does not affect the outcome
Temporary suspensions vary in length depending on the severity of the violation. The duration is stated in the suspension email.
Permanent bans do not expire automatically. If you believe yours was applied in error, you must submit a formal appeal.
If you cannot log in and did not receive a suspension email, nor do you see a message with the reason on the login page, your account may have been compromised rather than suspended. Use the password reset function on the login page and contact support if you cannot regain access.
