There are 4 different kinds of trading cards.
- Action cards are played during a match to change your strategy in the second half
- Player cards are used directly on an individual player
- Training cards let you add an extra training unit to your training day
- Coupons let you access different premium features
Here is a short description of all trading cards:
Action cards
- Take it slow: Team effort is reduced by 50% (Minimum 50%)
- Encourage: Team effort is raised by 50% (Maximum 150%)(Minimum 50%)
- Full attack: Team plays more offensive, more chances, high risk of counter attacks
- Full defense: Team plays more defensive, fewer chances for both teams
- Play for free kicks: Teams tries to get free kicks, yellow cards for dives
Player cards
- Talent slot (*): Opens talent slot 1 or 2
- Talent slot (**): Opens talent slot 1, 2, 3 or 4
- Talent slot (***): Opens talent slot 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5
- Switch position: Player gets new position instantly, without penalty
- Increase form: Increases form of player by 2, increases tendancy by 1
- Cross country running: Increases endurance of player by 5
- Extra Energy (*): Energy of player raised by 5
- Extra Energy (**): Energy of player raised by 8
- Rehab: Shortens injury time by 1 day
- Vitamin shot: Bruised player will be uninjured for 3 days
- Long-term commitment: Player receives a 40-week contract with good conditions
- Instant heal: Player is instantly fully healed
- Youth scout: (*) Scouts average strength of youth player (at least 0.6)
- Youth scout: (**): Scouts average strength of youth player (at least 0.8)
- Youth scout: (***): Scouts average strength of youth player (at least 1.0), also shows age
- Nick name: Assigns a permanent nick name to a youth player
Training cards
Some trading cards come in 3 versions (*, ** and ***). The have the same kind of effect, but the effect of the *** card will be the strongest. The cards are grouped together in this list, with the effect given from * to ***.
- Endurance training (*, **, ***): Encreases endurance of entire team by 2, 4 or 6
- Mental training (*, **, ***): Increases the form of the entire team by 2, 4 or 6
- Relaxation: Increases the energy of the entire team by 2, 4 or 6
- Improve talent (*, **, ***): Talent slof of the player is filled with 1, 2 or 4 points
- Team spirit: Raises team spirit by 25
- Pressing: Adds a training unit for the tactic pressing
- Counter-attack play: Adds a training unit for the tactic Counter-attack play
- Powerplay: Adds a training unit for the tactic powerplay
- Kick and rush: Adds a training unit for the tactic kick and rush
- Over the wings: Adds a training unit for the tactic over the wings
- Defensive wall: Adds a training unit for the tactic defensive wall
Coupons
- Building GU STARS (200, 1000): Reduces the cost of a STAR-building by 200 or 1000 STARS
- United cup: Free participation/creation of a United cup
- United tournament: Free participation/creation of a United tournament
- United league: Free participation/creation of a United league
- United 1on1: Free participation/creation of a United 1on1
- Worker: Allows you to cut the construction or rapair time of your current construction project in half
- Practice match: Free participation/invitation in a practice match
In your list of coupons you also see several slots for buiding upgrades and Top Team matches.
