The massage center is one of the most important buildings to build at the beginning so that your players can keep their energy up. The other buildings are not as urgent, but at some point, you will feel the need for them as well.
Make sure you keep your medical facilities in good condition, as otherwise, your staff will not be able to keep up with your players' medical needs.
