To provide good training for your players it is important to build and expand your training facilities.
Each building level enables new functions, like extra training slots or the ability to hire an assistant coach.
As your players are your main capital, training them well is one of the most important things in the game. It might be expensive now, but it pays off in the long run.
Make sure you keep your training facilities in good condition, as otherwise your training effect will suffer.
The higher you advance in your manager career, the more buildings become available!

There are several special building upgrades, special buildings and special cards available for the training facilities. With them, you are able to give your training additional boosts and by that push your team ahead even more!
- Tackling, Playmaking, Passing, Scoring and Goalkeeping training upgrades give 10% bonus for each training unit.
- Defender, Midfielder, Wing, Striker and Keeper Plus upgrades give 7% training bonus (one bonus per position)
- Defender, Midfielder, Wing, Striker and Keeper Boost upgrades give 12% training bonus (one bonus per position)
- Versatility special cards allow a player to train 2 skills at maximum efficiency at the same time. More info HERE.
- Elite Training Cards act like a training program, focusing on the main skill. More info HERE.
- Matt Special buildings - each building gives 7% training boost for one position. More info HERE.
- Nutcracker Special buildings - each building gives 7% training boost for one position, to 26+ years old players. More info HERE.
- Clubhouse special buildings - gives 5% training boost if you own all Clubhouse special buildings. More info HERE.
- Fair Play Matt special buildings - each building gives 7% training boost for one position, to players between 21-25 years old. More info HERE.
- Winter Camp special buildings - main skillup increase between +0.2 and +2.0 after a special training program of 7 days. More info HERE.
